To celebrate the 27th anniversary of the launch of NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope in April 1990, astronomers captured a stunning image with the legendary telescope of two spiral galaxies. This image gives us an idea how our galaxy, the Milky Way, would look to an outside observer. (Image source)
